We are pleased to announce that the 11th Conference of European Committee for Conservation of Bryophytes will be held in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy, from 19 to 22 May 2026.

The Conference is organised by European Committee for Conservation of Bryophytes in cooperation with Bryology Working Group of the Italian Botanical Society, Department of Life and Environmental Sciences-Botany section and Botanical Garden (HBK) of University of Cagliari.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we invite you to take part in the Conference, traditionally covering topics on conservation of bryophytes, important bryophyte areas, ecology, dispersal and habitats of threatened species, as well as in situ and ex situ conservation.

In two one-day excursions, the participants will have an opportunity to visit bryologically interesting areas that are among the most valuable in Italy.
